Policies of Cancellations, Payments, Taxes VAT (IVA) and Accommodation of Minors
CANCELLATIONS:
You can make a reservation without any advance payment and you can cancel your reservation without any additional charge 14 days before your arrival. After that period and in case of no show you will be charged 100% of the rate for the first night as penalty.
PAYMENTS:
For bookings of up to 09 people you will be confirmed and guaranteed the reservation without the need of payment in advance, after presenting your credit card details as a guarantee. The payment of the reservation must be made no later than at the time of Check In at the hotel.
For reservations with more than 10 persons the final confirmation and garantee of the reservation will be with a prepayment of 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Credit cards are accepted, charging a part of the transaction fee (4% of the amount to be charged). This commission can be avoided with the payment in cash at arrival, or (for your convenience) with the advance payment by PAYPAL or with a deposit transfered to our bank account in Peru.
EXONERATION OF VAT (IGV):
According to the DL. 919 we can exonerate you most guest from the 18% IGV (VAT) of lodging and basic food (breakfast). This is possible for all guest who present at check to the hotel their original foreign passports and a properly sealed Andean Migration Card. Photocopies of passports are not accepted. In the case of Peruvian non resident guests, it will be necessary to present their original passports and their expatriate residence visa.
In the event that passengers do not present the required documents or that the stamps are not legible, 18% of VAT (IGV) must be charged.
ACCOMMODATION OF MINORS:
There is no charge for children under 4 years as long as they share the bed with the parents. From 05 years old and up will be charged USD 30.00 (per night) for an additional bed: including the breakfast buffet
